These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 598pkr platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By accessing 598pkr, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 598pkr ("598pkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services made available at the domain 598pkr.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.
598pkr is an English-language online gaming information and betting platform designed primarily for use by players in Pakistan. The platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles and a sports betting product covering, among other markets, Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 seasons, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events.
By accessing the 598pkr platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you unconditionally confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 598pkr.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Platform. 598pkr strictly prohibits underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement, we will suspend the Account immediately and conduct an age verification review. Any deposits made by underage users will be returned and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
You must not register an Account if you are located in, or are a resident of, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility, not 598pkr's, to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. Users located in Pakistan are specifically advised to review the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation before participating.
Each individual person may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. 598pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity (including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC), proof of address and proof of payment method at any time as part of its KYC process.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration form provided on the Platform, supplying a valid email address, a secure password and any other information requested. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify 598pkr support immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
Your Account will be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. All displayed balances, deposit confirmations, wager amounts and withdrawal requests will be shown in PKR. Currency conversion, where applicable for certain payment methods, will be performed at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
You have the right to request voluntary closure of your Account at any time. You may also apply for a self-exclusion period, during which your Account will be suspended and you will be blocked from accessing the Platform for the duration specified. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and, once applied, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 598pkr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: (a) sublicense or resell access to the Platform; (b) use the Platform for commercial purposes; (c) copy, distribute, transmit or otherwise exploit Platform content without express written permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software meet the technical requirements necessary to access the Platform. 598pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device failures or browser incompatibilities.
Whilst 598pkr makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information displayed on the Platform — including odds, game rules, bonus terms and account balances — we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free of errors at all times. In the event of a manifest error (for example, an incorrectly displayed odds figure), 598pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error without liability.
598pkr makes available various deposit methods in its live cashier. These methods may change over time based on operational decisions, provider availability and applicable regulations. You must check the live cashier at the time of your deposit to confirm which payment methods are currently active. Familiar Pakistani payment options — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast transfers and major bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for informational context only. The availability of these methods for gambling transactions is subject to each provider's own terms and policies. 598pkr does not claim any endorsement by, or affiliation with, these payment providers.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are confirmed in the cashier for each payment method. You may also set your own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling tools in your account dashboard.
Deposits are accepted and credited in PKR. Where a payment method transacts in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 598pkr is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from a legitimate source and are owned by you personally. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. 598pkr may conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits, including requesting source-of-funds documentation.
To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed the applicable KYC verification process; (b) have met any active Wagering Requirements associated with Bonus Funds; (c) request withdrawal to a payment method in your own name that you have previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
Processing times for withdrawal requests vary by payment method. 598pkr aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but cannot guarantee specific timelines as processing also depends on the receiving payment provider. Pending KYC reviews, bonus wagering requirements or security checks may delay the processing of a withdrawal request.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These limits vary depending on the selected payment method and your account tier. Please check the live cashier for current applicable limits.
598pkr reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation is outstanding or unsatisfactory; (b) active Wagering Requirements have not been met; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive or otherwise prohibited activity; (d) there is an ongoing investigation relating to the Account.
598pkr may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time the offer is made available. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, the funds to which it applies (bonus only, or deposit plus bonus), and the time limit within which the requirement must be completed will all be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to complete the Wagering Requirement within the stated time limit will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.
While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum permitted bet or stake per round or transaction will apply. Placing a bet in excess of the stated maximum whilst a bonus is active may result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being voided, regardless of the outcome of the bet. The maximum stake limit will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
Not all Games contribute equally towards completing Wagering Requirements. Typically, slot titles contribute at a higher percentage than table games or live dealer games. Some Games may be excluded entirely from Wagering Requirement contributions. The contribution percentages applicable to each promotion will be set out in the relevant promotion's terms or in the Platform's published Game Contribution Schedule.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per person, household, shared device, shared IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and may result in Account suspension.
Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding on both parties, subject to the provisions of this clause 9. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User after confirmation, except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or early settlement feature.
598pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or prices that were the result of an obvious manifest error — such as a clearly incorrect odds figure resulting from a system error or human input mistake. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the User's Account balance.
Settlement rules for cricket, football, UFC and all other sports markets — including PSL T20 fixtures and ICC tournament matches — are set out in the Platform's published betting rules for each sport. Where a match or event is postponed, abandoned or otherwise not completed, settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rules.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed by 598pkr at any time at the Platform's discretion, including during significant moments of play such as wickets, goals or key incidents. Any bets placed in the period between a significant incident occurring and the market being suspended may be voided at 598pkr's discretion.
Betting activity that 598pkr reasonably believes to be coordinated between players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage — including collusive betting, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit Bonus Funds, or any exploitation of Platform errors — will result in the voidance of affected bets, forfeiture of associated winnings and Account suspension.

You are granted a limited licence to access and display Platform content on your personal device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 598pkr.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 598pkr, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
598pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or personal injury caused by negligence.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 598pkr Platform:
Breach of any of the prohibitions listed in this clause 13 may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
598pkr reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account has been accessed without authorisation; (c) your Account activity poses a fraud, money laundering or security risk to the Platform or other users; (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Following investigation of a suspended Account, 598pkr may permanently terminate the Account. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any Account balance and winnings may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance (net of active Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements being satisfied.
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 598pkr operates internationally and the governing law applicable to your use of the Platform may depend on the jurisdiction in which the platform's operating entity is registered.
For users in Pakistan, we note that domestic law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and applicable provincial legislation — may affect your rights and obligations independently of these Terms. You are responsible for complying with your local laws. 598pkr does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
598pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a notification displayed upon login. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
